PINSOLES were developed to solve a surprisingly common problem in pinball ownership: protecting floors without ruining the feel of the machine itself.

Most floor protectors used under pinball machines are generic furniture products. Some grip too aggressively. Others slide unpredictably. Many fall off entirely when the machine is lifted or repositioned. None were really designed around the way pinball machines are actually used.

PINSOLES take a different approach.

Each protector clips directly onto a standard pinball machine leg leveller with no adhesives, screws, or modification required. Once installed, they remain securely attached during play while helping absorb vibration and reduce dents, scratches, and pressure marks on hard flooring.

The elastomer base provides grip while still allowing slight controlled movement during nudging. For players who prefer a little more glide, optional felt inserts can be applied to loosen the interaction slightly on hard surfaces.

The first large-scale outing for PINSOLES came during the inaugural East Anglian Pinball Open, where they were installed across tournament machines throughout the weekend. Competitive pinball is not gentle on equipment, and it provided a useful real-world test environment for installation, durability, floor interaction, and long-term stability under continuous play.
